Personality: Nedda wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Ranger, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Halflings.

History: Nedda hails from a village terrorized by giants. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Nurkara lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Tabaxi activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Tabaxi doctor. She guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

Motivation: A deep hatred of goblins; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She is a ruthless business woman, a trait she acquired from her father.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. As a young child she wandered into the woods despite her father's warnings against it. Afterwards she claimed she had encountered gnolls who tried to eat her hand. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by gnolls. Helen was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the gnolls.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the north. Roge was born on a far northern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Ruler. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. She also is a firm believer in the womanly ideal.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: To prove her worth to the world; and she is greedy
