Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Dwarves.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Baern was born on a far eastern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Cook. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and his religion dominates his actions

Description: This woman tends to wear a red poncho over her likewise colored trousers and shirt, and sports empty pouches on her belt. She has a very tight haircut. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Her first spouse was a Animal Trainer, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Animal Trainer they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Sculptor, and she later adopted a second daughter.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Description: With green face paint in a stripe pattern across her face, she is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing violet cape and mantle trimmed with soft pastel waves gently in the breeze. Her silver hair is lengthy. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. She cares deeply for her spouse and does her best to make sure her guests look presentable.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Millicent fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
