History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Tomph was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Halfling companion (her 'brother'). After a long history of fighting, Tomph and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: Smoking was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was granted arcane powers by his dying brother.
