Description: This malnourished woman is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers her face most of the time. Her auburn hair is long and unkept. Her green eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Phann embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. She is a great chef.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. She always admired necromantic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. After a long history of fighting, Phann and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions
