History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Simon grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of gnolls once and for all.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, gnolls burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying north to reunite his family. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He wants revenge against gnolls.

History: He was born at the edge of vast forest. He found a children's book about a Halfling Warrior who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has worked as a Slave Trader like his mother before him.

She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: Katherine was born the youngest of three triplets. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She has since lost track of the people in her past.
