History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Ostracized due to the druidic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. He now owns his own business.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. Thiala was born on a far eastern forest where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Banker. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.

History: He got into the Banker business at a young age. His childhood dream was to be a Mortician, but he was a colossal failure. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Flask was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.
