Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: Nogu was born with her mother's beautiful face. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

After coming to the age of reason, Carlin took it upon herself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She now mingles about in high society.
