Personality: She acts crazy and hedonistic. The war was a terrible time for her, and Three does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He worked as a nervous Bather and found it very stressful. He struck the Bather job and began his own company from there.

Description: A woman with a warm, jovial air about her, she wears a tight fitting white shirt and pants. She has dyed her greying brown hair a little too much giving a sharp brown color. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: She is shy and timid. She has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Shaena grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Shaena. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: Regain custody of her son; and a rival would like her out of the picture

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. Akmen was born on a far northern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Healer. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and he is content

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs
