History: Thamuz hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. In his 17th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She thrives on attention. She does whatever is in her power to gain the attention of whomever she deems a fit date. She is a ruthless business woman, a trait she acquired from her father.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Baker arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
