Description: This younger middle-aged man wears just a white suit, and a wedding ring on his left hand. His hair, while still mostly golden, has prominent grey streaks. His gray eyes peer out from beneath his top white hat.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Through the years after Ûgakûga was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Ûgakûga's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Personality: Carrie is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He feeds upon the attention of others.

History: Carrie was born with his father's beautiful face. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Description: A well shaped woman just over fifty, she prefers to wear flannel. She keeps her blonde hair in a pixie cut. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She is a sleazy, sleazy gal. She has no qualms about using her powers of suggestion to get people to do what she wants. She is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Bricklayer arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She found a children's book about a Half-Elf Commoner who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: She uses money and sex appeal to get what she needs; and she is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: This northern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears a tight fitting brown shirt and pants. His black hair is braided into rings. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: Ernest wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Aristocrat, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Ernest was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: He was born into a rich family. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Dragonborn companion (his 'brother'). Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and he is greedy
