Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Barber born in the past three hundred years. She disdains her fellow easterners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Caramip hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and revenge

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what she was had she not made sure her armor was more form fitting than normal. Personality: She likes to brag about her accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While she appears to be a normal Half-Orc, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.
