Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He takes great joy in being the best Fisher in town.

History: Born in the east to a Fisher, Ratak learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Being a Fisher kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored.
