History: Rivaan was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gifted student he started as a Doctor, but he got bored and became a Shipwright. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Rivaan fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Her father taught her the rudiments of the Mayor arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. A serious injury left her father unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm father. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
