Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. A true patriot, Mormo would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Mormo was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win.
