History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. Astaro was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Astaro decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears well tailored suits and hats with beautiful decoration. He is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. His fur is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Tree is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. Her parents enrolled her in a Druid school at a young age so that she could practice her druidic talents. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature ceremonial dagger.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and she's looking for her big break

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and retire the richest woman in the north
