History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by brigands. Gargax was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the brigands.

Personality: Darrow wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Bard, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: Conrad lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. In his 12th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She refers to her adoptive father for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Melissa was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She became a Ruler soon after.
