History: She got into the Layabout business at a young age. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. She has worked as a Layabout like her father before her.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help

Description: Standing 3'4", this woman wears a large hat to cast shadows over her face and wears ponchos to better hide her body. She sports golden long hair. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines blue.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. She is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. While she appears to be a normal Gnome, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Personality: She snorts whenever she laughs or is feeling confident. She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.

History: Her psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. As a very small child her family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. Her father, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect her and cast a teleportation spell that whisked her away. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

Motivation: To end her boredom; and doesn't want to be a carter and was forced into it by her family

Her attire stands in sharp contrast to her scimitar, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a rose on it. Her golden hair is wavy and long. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Motivation: She possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and a rival would like her out of the picture

Description: He wears a blue vest and prefers red and brown shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down, and carries crossbows. He wears a broad hat to cover his moderate length black hair. This hazel eyed westerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Delebean hails from a village terrorized by goblins. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and many goblins want him driven away
