Personality: Nicholas is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: Many gnolls want him driven away; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Description: He prefers to wear blue pants and tee shirts. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. He wears his silver hair down. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 11. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Korfel was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Description: This woman wears black robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally she wears more armor. She prefers to carry a monstrous two handed axe, but if one is not available she will default to her bastard sword, and sports empty pouches on her belt. Her chestnut hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a wide-brimmed hat. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her silver eyes.

Personality: She likes to make people angry or surprised. She also is a firm believer in the womanly ideal.

History: Beleth lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. After a long history of fighting, Beleth and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Fletcher and was forced into it by her family.

Personality: She loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. A true patriot, Dee would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Like her father and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Masseuse. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg.

History: She was born at the edge of vast mountains. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She struck the Masseuse job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job; and sabotage a competitor
