Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what she was had she not made sure her armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit she wears a large hat to cast shadows over her face and wears ponchos to better hide her body. She has a long auburn ponytail with little hanging trinkets. Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She takes great joy in being the best Carter in town.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Carter.

Description: She does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when she can avoid it, and carries longswords. Her red hair is greasy and uncared for. She has gray eyes and a tan hat with a black feather.

Personality: She is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Valanthe was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Armorer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Valanthe fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: A deep hatred of giants; and she wants revenge against giants

Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: She was born at the edge of vast plains. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Born in the west to a Carter, Aldous learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
