History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Raer was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Raer took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up shortbow and armor he uses now. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. She is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She was granted necromantic powers by her dying sister.

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She married young, but lost her spouse to gnolls. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.
