Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and to protect her home

Personality: Althaea is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. When Althaea reached her early adolescence her Half-Elf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
