Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and money/treasure

Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. On top of that she is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to her employer will always come first she doesn't like to hit women.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. In her 16th year, her parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Quespa alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by dire rats. Quespa was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the dire rats.

History: He comes from a rich western family. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Gnomish activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Gnomish doctor. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and a rival would like him out of the picture
