History: He was born in the west. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Barkeep hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Born to a Mayor, her mother struggled to pay the bills. Her childhood dream was to be a Mayor, but she was a colossal failure. She's also a talented Mayor, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and to reunite with his absent mother
