Description: A 6'3" southern man, he wears tattered old clothes. He keeps his white hair in a flapper bob. His green eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: He is happy with his job as a Spice Merchant. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Tim took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up shield and armor he uses now. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: He is a man of bearing and well nourished. He wears a white cloak and cross-gartered brown stockings. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are amber.
Personality: This man loves writing and to teach people writing more than just about anything. The war was a terrible time for him, and Chay does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has never given up on his writing dream.
Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality.

Description: He wears brown robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a bastard sword, but if one is not available he will default to his sword. His moppish chestnut hair is in a traditional bowl cut. He is baby faced.
Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He takes great joy in being the best Carter in town.
History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the west. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
Motivation: Expand his business; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: A woman with a calm yet intense air about her, she wears a tan shirt, with a pastel mid length skirt with pastel tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. Her red hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. Her green unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Arara is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.
History: The child of a Sage, who enjoyed hunting, Arara was taken on many hunting expeditions. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Hunter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Hunter work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She tends to her Hunter job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.
Motivation: To be a Sage again.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what she was had she not made sure her armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit she is well dressed, constantly wearing a white suit, grey shirt, and blue tie. She has a very tight haircut. Her blue eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: She likes to make people angry or surprised. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.
History: She comes from a rich eastern family. A gifted student she started as a Barber, but she got bored and became a Brewer. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Brewer for hire.
Motivation: Wants to raise her children well; and money/treasure
