His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Vlorn is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: Adrex was born the youngest of three triplets. One day when Adrex was young, his father was sewing while trying to overcome the flu, when suddenly his father dropped to the ground dead. His father had died from a severe disease that was unknown to the village doctor. Adrex was heart-stricken from the event, and his mother started working long hours to provde for them. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by drow. Adrex was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the drow.

History: Verna hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. Her parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when she was still a young child. The gnolls captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: To be a Unemployed again; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and she desires to right it
