Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. The war was a terrible time for him, and Therai does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Therai was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: She comes from a rich southern family. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: She's looking for her big break; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what she was had she not made sure her armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit she is wearing a perfectly clean shirt and pair of pants. She has lavender fur. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are blue.

Personality: She is a sleazy, sleazy gal. She has no qualms about using her powers of suggestion to get people to do what she wants. Skirt enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. When Skirt reached her early adolescence her Tabaxi father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Description: He dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. He carries with him a set of greatswords, each one with a topaz on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His hair is golden and curly. His blue eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Efferil is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A freak accident while working with his Sellsword mother left him crippled. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Efferil fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He is an amazing painter.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Laucian was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 10 years.
