She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. In her 15th year, her parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Emerald alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls.
