History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Gifted from a young age, Mormog studied abroad. Through the years after Mormog was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Mormog's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Description: A thin woman, she clearly needs to put on some weight, but she still has a lot of muscle. She is well dressed, constantly wearing a green suit, brown shirt, and green tie. She has moderate length white crest. This red eyed westerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by dire rats. Kava was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the dire rats.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and she desires to right it; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge

Her whole body is exceptionally muscular. She wears her silver hair up. Her eyes are likewise violet. Her teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. She is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. After a long history of fighting, Hadwisa and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions.

Description: He prefers to wear violet clothing when he does not wear armor. He carries with him a set of quarterstaffs on his belt, each one with a amethyst on the hilt. He has dyed his greying silver hair a little too much giving a sharp silver color. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. Simon is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Half-Elves became a terror of the countryside. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
