History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Bernard alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Mehen grew up listening to his father's many stories. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
