History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Shadow took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up falchion and armor she uses now. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and she wants to meet her childhood hero

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. His hair is brown, silky, and of moderate length. His eyes are a pleasant gray.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Some 8 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Shag never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Baker for hire.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He found a children's book about a Tiefling Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has worked as a Layabout like his mother before him.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Dwarven companion (her 'brother'). She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 5 years.
