History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. After a long history of fighting, Nalaed and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: When she was but 7 years old her parents immigrated from the south. Her childhood dream was to be a Cartwright, but she was a colossal failure. She became a Sage soon after.
