Description: This woman is tall and muscular. She wears a shirt that is too small, which lets her gut show, with a ratty red coat over it. Her black hair has been sun bleached extensively. Her gray eyes peer out from beneath her broad red hat.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Callie embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Description: She is of a modest build and height, but she carries herself more imposing than she is. She wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. Her crest is greying and her face has many wrinkles. Her eyes are a pleasant gold.

Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Personality: This woman loves writing and to teach people writing more than just about anything. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: Anakis was born the youngest of three triplets. She worked as a nervous Servant and found it very stressful. In the meantime she has taken over work as a Servant and occasionally as a mercenary.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends.

Description: Her right side is far more bruised and cut up than her other. She wears a worn and beaten armor. Her red hair is wavy and long. Her blue eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: Naivara speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. She lacks restraint and is impulsive. She jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for her.

Personality: Hunter is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He receives visions of the future at random moments

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and doesn't want to be a sage and was forced into it by his family
