Personality: He hates gnolls. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. A true patriot, Yurk would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Yurk was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Bard, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Bard in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Architect.

Personality: Adrik is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of orcs may trigger it at times.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Marshal arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Marshal work with an outfit from a few towns over. Marshal work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has worked as a Marshal like his father before him.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and revenge

Description: He usually wears his brown robe and has his morningstar always slung over his shoulder, and carries morningstars. He has a long red beard with little hanging trinkets. He has amber eyes and a brown hat with a white feather.

Personality: He hates Dwarves with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was taken from his home at a very young age. Being a Spy kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears a fancy brown suit. His hair, while still mostly auburn, has prominent grey streaks. His eyes are hazel and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Conrad grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Conrad. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.
