History: He got into the Baker business at a young age. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Halfling conditions. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Baker for the past few years.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. While he appears to be a normal Half-Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Description: A thin woman, she clearly needs to put on some weight, but she still has a lot of muscle. She dresses like a well dressed Animal Trainer does. She wears a Stetson hat to cover her moderate length dark red hair. Her white eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: She possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and she will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact

Personality: Stoic and calm, she prefers to meditate than take action. Shava is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: A powerful slaver made her what she is. Her first spouse was a Dilettante, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and to unite with her brother

Personality: She is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.

History: Dagnal lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.
