Personality: He is fixated on the number 64. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.
