History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

Personality: She acts crazy and hedonistic. Pennie enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Born in the west to a Layabout, Pennie learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Pennie took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up sword and armor she uses now. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Maagog was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He was born in the north. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Scribe they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Courier, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: To unite with his brother; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers
