History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: Mantus is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.

Her attire stands in sharp contrast to her scimitar, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a dagger on it. Her white hair is knotted and matted. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She pushes her goals aggressively. She is also a coward if confronted.

History: Ilga was born with her father's beautiful face. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She is terrified, and will act out of fear; and she is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. She is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of her. She is by nature obliging.

History: When she was but 3 years old her parents immigrated from the east. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: She has decided she is irredeemable; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Born to a Sellsword, his mother struggled to pay the bills. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature greataxe.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and to reunite with his old friends
