Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He wears skinny pants and wears a white and red robe with the hood down. His hair is cut close to his head. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep gray.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Corkitron embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.
History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Corkitron liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and he feels kind of lost in life

Description: He wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. He has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. He wears a colorful flower in his golden hair. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.
Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: He comes from a rich northern family. He found a children's book about a Human Wizard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left leg, he wears a black vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His brown leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his black boots flare out at the collars. He wears his copper crest up. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.
Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing singing.
History: Quarethon was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Fisher they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Miller, and he later adopted a second son.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Miller and was forced into it by his family; and he loathes his own lifestyle

Description: This fat southern man has a bulbous nose and wears a blue vest and prefers grey and blue shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His auburn hair has been sun bleached extensively. His blue eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories he has discovered
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
Motivation: He is greedy; and to share knowledge with the world

Personality: Prone to second guessing herself, she comes off as nervous. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the north; and wishes to resurrect an old love
