Personality: She misses her glory days as an athlete. She does not mind her job, but it is boring in comparison. She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Her hair is long and white with streaks of red, and is pulled back with small tan clips. She is baby faced.

Personality: She snorts whenever she laughs or is feeling confident. A friendly and beautiful Gnome, she is rarely seen without a few beauties around her arms. Though a playboy in all rights, she is no lame duck.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. Her first spouse was a Jeweler, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. Energy wise she seems alert and responsive.

History: She comes from a rich northern family. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
