History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Through the years after Pelt was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Pelt's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Pelt and her spouse have recently divorced.

Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.

History: She was born in the south, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities.
