History: River lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent mother; and she made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it

Description: A thin woman, she clearly needs to put on some weight, but she still has a lot of muscle. She is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers her face most of the time. Her black crest is smooth and relatively long. Her half smiles and gold eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Description: He is a husky man, who tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His hair is golden and curly. He has gleaming, smiling green eyes.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Geoffrey was born the youngest of three triplets. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

History: She got into the Bounty Hunter business at a young age. As a young child she wandered into the woods despite her mother's warnings against it. Afterwards she claimed she had encountered orcs who tried to eat her hand. She's also a talented Spy, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: She doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes; and a deep hatred of orcs

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. Jocelyn is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Jocelyn hails from a village terrorized by orcs. His parents enrolled him in a Fighter school at a young age so that he could practice his martial talents. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion.
