History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Beggar hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he wears well tailored suits and hats with beautiful decoration. He is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. His blonde hair is still thick. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady blue eyes.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: Naal was born the youngest of three triplets. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Laborer. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Laborer for the past few years.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Laborer and was forced into it by his family; and he is greedy

Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: Bruz was born with his mother's beautiful face. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Bruz alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: Many dire rats want him driven away; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

History: Her arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Through the years after Burana was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Burana's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was granted arcane powers by her dying brother.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help
