History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Cockaby grew up listening to his mother's many stories. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Some 7 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Traubon never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

He found a children's book about a Dragonborn Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: Oren lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young.
