History: He was born in a small plains village. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Heward took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up bastard sword and armor he uses now. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Laborer for hire.

History: Loopmottin was born the youngest of three triplets. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: Seeks redemption; and doesn't want to be a mercenary and was forced into it by her family

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Painter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and he feels threatened by others

Description: This western woman is abnormally tall. She dresses like a well dressed Marshal does. Her whole body is exceptionally muscular. Her hair, while still mostly brown, has prominent grey streaks. Her fierce violet eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes illithids are coming to abduct people. She invites people to come help in her community garden.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Motivation: To be a Butcher again.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: Expand his business; and sabotage a competitor
