She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Dyer for the past few years.

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears red painted combat armor at almost all times, and is pretty ugly. With bright red hair and a scraggly beard. He has amber eyes and a red hat with a violet feather.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Hupe lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Locksmith and was forced into it by his family; and regain custody of his daughter

Personality: She has a good heart but also a terrible temper. She will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Born to a Doctor, her mother struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Baker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and she is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Personality: She is fixated on the number 48. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She now mingles about in high society.
