Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He is obsessed with finding treasure.
History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He worked as a nervous Fletcher and found it very stressful. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Fletcher and occasionally as a mercenary.
Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and wants to work out more often

History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her father. While she appears to be a normal Tabaxi, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'3" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He is wearing a perfectly clean shirt and pair of pants. With a patchy auburn beard and wild auburn hair. His amber eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.
History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.
History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion.
