Description: He wears a black wide-brimmed hat and black clothes. His wide-brimmed hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His eyes are violet and catlike.
Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Marshal work with an outfit from a few towns over. Marshal work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: He is well dressed, constantly wearing a blue suit, black shirt, and blue tie, and carries axes. His hair is long and auburn with streaks of brown, and is pulled back with small blue clips. His beard is brown, braided, and well cared for. His eyes are brown and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.
History: Koeth was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Commoner, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Commoner in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Koeth was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Koeth decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and he has decided he is irredeemable

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.
History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.
Motivation: He wants to get laid; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Description: He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. He carries with him a set of flails, each one with a aquamarine on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. He wears a colorful flower in his white hair. His white eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Modean isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Tiefling unity. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. At a young age his mother died while driving off some gnolls. His father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in flail use. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Modean was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the gnolls.
Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and many gnolls want him driven away

Description: He is a husky man, who wears bulky tan painted plate armor. His silver hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.
History: Born in the south to a Marshal, Sindri learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Through the years after Sindri was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Sindri's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 2 years.
Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.
