History: Born in the west to a Doctor, Scrag learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Criella will drive conversation. The war was a terrible time for her, and Criella does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign.
