Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Mantus was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Mantus took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up sword and armor he uses now. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: Grai lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Map Maker. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature halberd.

History: Barbena was born with her father's beautiful face. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Barbena has worked very hard to control her curse. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Furrele grew up listening to her mother's many stories. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
