Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He was born at the edge of vast plains. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Detective work with an outfit from a few towns over. Detective work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He receives visions of the future at random moments

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Sarai embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. She has all her life been fascinated with music.

History: She was born in a small desert village. She has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: Regain custody of her son; and wants to raise her children well

Description: An older man who wears dark leathers with embroidery, he is not a threatening figure. He keeps his red hair in a pixie cut. His eyes are blue and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Percival lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.
